is a civilian leader for the GDI, and played by actor Billy Dee
Williams. He wants to win the war against Nod, but isn't
concerned about the cost of lives to get there. He's hungry for
power and fame. |

He's a Nod intelligence officer, and played by actor Josh
Holloway. He's loyal to Nod, and loves the thrill of a good
fight. |

Lt. Sandra
Telfair:
She's GDI's communications officer, and played by actress Grace
Park. She's usually the bearer of bad news when it happens. |

She's a tactical advisor for the GDI, played by actress Jennifer
Morrison. You'll see quite a bit of her as she gives you
briefings on missions, etc. |

She's seen in the cut scenes as a reporter, and played by
actress Shauntay Hinton. She's a former Miss USA and is a
broadcast journalism major. |

She plays a reporter that's seen in the cut scenes, and in real
life her name is Shannon Cook, and is a reporter for CNN News. |

William Frank:
He's a reporter that's seen in the cut scenes, and in real
life he's John Huck, a news anchor for a Fox News affiliate in
Las Vegas. |
