The maps available below were made by contributors to the DEN. These are maps that are selected by Lion as being the 'cream of the crop' maps. More to be added in the future.

If you would like to submit your map to the DEN, please use our File Uploader. For info on where to place maps your download, check in the C&C3 maps section in the DEN Forums HERE. If you want to make C&C3 maps, you'll need the Worldbuilder Editor. You can download it from the DEN HERE.

NOTE: These maps work in skirmish mode against the computer. IF you want to play them online, you MUST remove the custom art.tga file found inside the map folder, else the map will NOT transfer online to another player.


 

Map name:  Buenos Aires by Predatore - This 4-player map is a blue zone city. It has symmetrical start locations and tiberium fields over an asymmetrical city layout. There are 4 green tiberium fields, 4 blue tiberium fields, 4 tiberium spikes, and a lot of buildings. It is a very detailed and eye appealing map which includes roads, sidewalks, etc. Very realistic looking!. There are birds and trains moving as well. There is a lot of strategy involved in this map. Try to get a blue tiberium field as soon as you can. Be warned of Scrin motherships; they rule on this map. Enjoy the map!

Map name:  Higher Ground by PhilWilks - A Yellow zone two-player map with plenty of tiberium. Designed for longer games, but equally good for rushing. There are tiberium fields at each corner of the map, and a huge field in the middle. There are five tiberium spikes to capture, together with a few garissonable structures. The map multi tiered, which makes defending and attacking a bit more tactical. Enjoy the map!

Map name:  Dojynn Map Pack by Dojynn - This map pack contains six detailed quality maps from Dojynn who placed fourth in the C&C3 Open Map Competition held in the fall of 2007. Map name:  Wind of Desolation by JBV3737 - This 2-player map won first place in the C&C3 Open Map Competition held in the fall of 2007. An asymmetrical Redzone map, somewhere deep in Italy; where Tiberium ravaged the landscape unto its own demise and desolation. This map offers several new features such as it's own music playing list, music that is rarely heard in an standard game and even a reinforcement bay that gives reinforcements every few minutes. Enjoy the map!

Map name:  Blue Zone Warfare by Anarki - This is a detailed 2-player map set in an urban blue zone. Each player starts with a Tiberium field and Tib Spike. Map name:  Battered Bosnia by Fennec - This is a detailed 2-player map set in an urban yellow zone. There are two contestable tiberium fields in the center of the city with spikes and an emp control center adjacent. The city degrades into suburban ruins on the outskirts, which yield to desert wasteland. The terrain has also been sculpted so that players make tactical use of ridges and paths. Enjoy the map!

Map name:  Thirsty Sand II by VoodooBenshee (website) - This is a detailed 2-player map with an 'apocalyptic' desert setting. Features bridges and a realistic river. Stones, dead trees, and small camps litter the landscape. Excellent use of texturing throughout from this well seasoned map maker. Map name:  Tournament River by ShreadOfWheat - This is an eye appealing 2-player map that features a river dividing three land masses. The center of the map contains tiberium spikes and one capturable subway hub that will give you an advantage. Bridges and a few other paths provide access to the center goodies. Map name:  Despair by otherlife - This eye appealing 2-player map features a large red zone with the landscape divided by deep chasms that give the appearance of being bottomless. Both players start off on the left side of the map (northwest & southwest corners) and are separated by a Tiberium chasm with a bridge providing access to each base. Best to get defenses up on your side of the bridge early in the game. In the center of the map is a large Tiberium field, overlooked by high cliffs sporting cannons. Further to the east is an abandoned base and an Emp uplink, as well as two additional Tiberium fields on the northeast and southeast corners. Enjoy the map!

Map name:  ICE by Venom775 - This detailed 4-player map is set in a simulated snowy environment. It features mountains, bridges, and buildings to garrison your troops in. Map name:  Euphrat & Tigris by Arcanastras - This eye appealing and detailed 2-player map is set in the desert, and is nearly symmetrical. The map is divided into three parts by the two rivers, Euphrat and Tigris. One player starts in the north, the other in the south of the map with of course one tiberium field. The middle of the map is kind of an island, where you can find an EMP-center and two additional tiberium fields. You'll also find tiberium and some bunkers on the map. The starting-positions of every player are reachable by 3 bridges. One of them is indestructible, so it is ensured that you have at least one access to your enemy's base. Enjoy the map!

Map name:  Burning Rage by v1rtu - This is a detailed and eye appealing large 6-player map. Scenario is the outskirts of an Australian metropolis at dusk. Map name:  The Last Ore Chasm V2 by Joel "noethis" McDonald - This is a detailed 2-player map. The theme of the map is inspired by the last mission of the GDI SP scenario and is thus a Red Zone chock full of ore chasmy goodness. The map has a few key chokepoints to govern gameplay. Please note that the map file has the name of 'noethis mp1', but the map name shows up correctly in the maps list.

Map name:  Close Encounter by madsci989 - This is a nicely detailed medium sized eye appealing 6-player map designed for team games. Close quarters combat with this one. It does work best for 1v1 or 2v2 games. This map contains blue, yellow, and red zones, a touch of urban and country settings, and has buildings for garrisoning your units in. Map name:  Extraction Point by v1rtu - This is a highly detailed and very eye appealing 2-player map. It features a rural environment with fields, granaries, and small creeks. In the middle of the map is a small town. The road running through it winds up a mountain pass leading to a GDI research camp in front of a Castle where GDI Scientists were extracting and analyzing Tiberium. It is now abandoned due to Ion Storms appearing in the region. Enjoy the map!

Map name:  Sleepy Island by Fjonan - This is a beautiful 2-player map with a lush country setting. It was a peaceful community until the war over Tiberium entered their land. This is a well balanced layout with each player having one starting Tib field, and one expansion field. There is a blue Tib field in the center to fight control over.
