Helix-2:
This "flying" vehicle/weapon works
just like the Overlord tank in that you can build a bunker, gatling
cannon, or propaganda tower onto it after building it. The best part
is that it can not only pick up infantry, but also can pick up an
Overlord Tank that has people in its bunker. And those people
can still fire. Add onto that an ability to drop napalm bombs on
enemies unlucky enough to be sitting below the thing and you've got
one mean destructive machine at your disposal. |

Internet
Center:
This useful structure allows your hackers to sit
inside and collect money quicker. Of course, if the building gets
destroyed, so do the hackers. Also inside this building will be the
ability to hack satellites. The first iteration will allow the Chinese
to see around each command center on the map. The second and much more
expensive will allow them to see everything that each opponent sees.
This building is weak so it will need to be protected. |

ECM
Tank: This vehicle doesn't fire weapons, but instead
fires a beam that will knock out power on any mechanical unit on the
field, giving allies an immediate chance to kill the affected units.
It also gives off a scrambler aura that make missiles veer off course. |

Listening
Outpost:
This unit can detect the movements of units
across a wide radius, including stealthed units, and is fortified with
tank hunter units inside for defense purposes. |
