What is CNC: Renegade?
Renegade is a first/third person shooter that gets you up close and personal within the Command and Conquer Universe. Basically you play as a commando from the original Command and Conquer game. There's a whole war going on around you as you make your way in the game This game is based on the original Command & Conquer that started it all. It's set in the same time period as the original. In Renegade, all the missions are commando missions. And you get to play as the commando! This game isn't just a shooter either. It combines action and adventure elements within an "objective based" narrative. So it's sure to keep your interest at a high level.
What Happened?
The story begins with Dr. Mobius and his team of scientists being kidnapped by NOD agents. With these events taking place, GDI has to call in the best of the best. The elite and bravest of all their forces. You'll be playing as Nick "Havoc" Parker, a GDI loyalist who likes to take control and be the BULL of the woods, know what I mean? Havoc's job is to tame the ever present threat of Nod. He'll get the jobs no one else wants or can do. And because YOU are Havoc, you carry all the weight on your shoulders. Think you've got what it takes to be a leader and stop the Global Domination of NOD? |
